trx 450 stuff

my buddy has a stock 450 and is wanting to do some little go fast stuff.. i recommended taking the baffle out and running it like that until he can get a full system. Is this a good thing to do. Does it have to be rejetted when he does this.
Any way does anyone have any thing that he may want or need. i know he needs a bumber and front wheel.. other than that he is just looking for performance parts. what do you have to offer?

what about the full system.. what kind of gains can he expect with something like that. What kind of jetting will be needed also.. im trying to talk him into getting a HRC kit though.

HST, Hole Shot Technology, is a very powerful and good sounding system, it pulls way harder than the slip on I had, He would need to go up to a 170 or 180 main, it would also help to remove the airbox lid.
The hrc kit is not that good of a deal, he can just buy a cam and do the exhaust and he would be better off, plus it will do more for him.

By the way what year is his 450r?
