Does anyone make brake levers with a closer bend to the bars for kids with smaller hands? Or is it possible to heat the existing levers and bend them where they need to be?

Thanks,

Lance

Late 07 and 08s have a different bend than the older models

What year is your quad?

It is a brand new water cooled 50cc. I am not sure if it is a late 2007 or an early 2008. How do you tell the difference?

The Eton has a lever that is just what your looking for. I can't remember the part # but Pitman and Hetrick know it.:)

We are having the same issue with CAN Am ds90x .. girls hands are just to small to reach the levers. She does ok on the flats , but in any incline she freaks out bad.

Is there a website to Hetricks ? if so I could try to find a match for the 90x.... I hope.

I would recommend calling Hetrick. They will help you better that way rather then try to navigate the site and try to match up stuff. They do have a web site I can PM you with though.

Hey Gary do they have something for the 08 DRX 50 I got. My little guy is having a tough time too.

use a 3/4 box end wrench on the stock lever to bend it in toward the grip (yes it works / no it won't break) we do it all the time to levers that bend at the track when you don't have a spare. just a quick cheap fix.

Thanks. I'll have to give it a try when I get home.
