Quad isnt starting, real quick replays plz!!

Maybe you guys can tell me why my 2001 400ex isnt starting.
I just did a little ride of 30min with it, he was going very well.
After the ride, i waited like 2 hours and washed it. After washing it, i tryed to start it but he don't want to. He is doing the sound but isnt starting. Maybe i sent some water in the muffler washing it but he should start anyway right ? Well do you know whats the problem ??I also tryed with the choke..

I dont know. I usually refer to my quad as she. O maybe there is something wrong with the battery. Like it got disconnected or somethin.

check the fuse

tighten up the two terminal connections. if that doesnt work, make sure the gas cap hose isnt kinked and the kill switch is off:blah

try pumping the throttle about 8 or 10 times with the choke off, then crank him. :huh

I didn't know the motor would try starting if the kill switch would be off...Thats why..

lmao kill switch will even get the pros at times. i stood there and watched at a pro race a team feverishly try to get a guys quad started and i simply crossed the tape and turned his kill switch to the run position

i have a teather kill switch and you have to turn it to the left for it to work. sometimes i don't have it on and i'll just turn it left as i'm riding like i forgot for it to work. lol. then i get a nice chin in the bars thing. lol. or sometimes i'll forget to put gas in.
