NEW JERSEY- Whats up the all the mopeds?

Every time I go on jerz craigslist i see a ton of those street legal mopeds. And down the shore I seen alot of people riding them? Can you ride a moped with out a licens or something? Some one want to cue me in?

LOL well to be honest the kids around here like to mod them quite a bit. You need a license and all that good stuff. the age is like 15 or 16 and up u need to be to get a moped license. MY brother has a moped that he use to mess around with but it sits alot now. Does almost 50mph. It has a Raptor 50cc or 70cc big bore kit( i forget which) custom intake for a bigger carb with a custom air filter pod and it has a full race exhaust made by Biturbo. They make bigger big bore kits than that. Oh yeah this is a 1977 Puch moped all this is done to lol. looks so old its funny how people are amazed at how fast it is.

yea a lot of kids in my school got them when they turned 15 now no one rides them because their gay and kids get made fun of and their slow as hell { except for some}
