ok, so my sister got me an ihome docking station/alarm clock for my ipod but she doesnt know that i got it stolen, neither do my parents.

my question is, are the zune and ipod connectors the same?
i want to get a zune 4gb because they have wireless connectivity.
i dont want to get the zune and then not be able to use it on the ihome.

can anybody help?

No it will not work...It may fit but will not function... The firmware on the two products is different so it will not recognize it...Also what are you talking about with Zune wireless connectivity this is something I have not heard of...

well the target website says the 4gb has wireless access of up to 30 feet... i know the 80gb does for sure but not sure of the 4gb.

i guess i have to get the 4gb nano again

no it share music via wifi but will only keep the song for like 3 days or sumthin

nah they dont fit. i just tried cuz i got a zune and my brother has an ipod video. tell ur sister and go trade it in for the one that fits the zune

well if the zune can only trade songs or wahtever, ill just get the nano, since i have itunes already.

Looks like its wireless connectivity is a power dock that charges the unit and when its on the unit it uses Wifi and connects to your computer wirelessly...Itunes music WILL NOT function on an Ipod btw
