Cheap 250x mods wanted!

Just got a 250x for next to nothing. Its for my girlfriend and so I dont have to ride my 250r in the trails. I want to do any reasonably priced mods possible. What a arms fit? I have +2's from my 250r. Axle? I have rims from my r for the rear do they fit? Any got a used header carb full pipe nerfs axle cam? thanks

86-7 front 250x wheels are different bolt pattern than the rest.. all others are fine.
a-arms fit but have different pivot areas for the shocks, there is a shock re-locator you can use for 250r or 400ex shocks.
I think axle, carrier stuff like that are the same.

nope axle and carrier are different... but the 400ex carb is good for the 300ex... dont know if the 400ex carb is even close to a 250r carb though =\. But the +2 250r/400ex a arms fit making the 250x +8 lol its already +2 with stock 250r,400ex a arms...
