Carb PWK 24

Any one had any problems with this carb before.

PWK 24 on my DRX 90 cc. 07


I am having a real tough time any input would be geatly appreciated.

What is the problem? Usually they are pretty good carbs.

Cant get the carb to run right
when I tap on the carb bowl it seems to run correctly while on bike stand.

I have done every thing to the carb, clean it change jetting check float settings and fuel delivery, it makes the bike run very choppy thru its power band.

120 main ,42 pilot and needle set clip in the middle. with UNI filter

I would venture to guess you should be in the neighborhood of 105ish. What color is your plug? Really dark?
