photo shop help plz

ok guys or gals i need a photoshop job done..my dad wants to see these rims on my truck to get an idea so if u could do it plz do...

here the rear rim is hard too see just bc of the pixles and angle so if you want i can re do it with that rim on the front
I put one rim on that back and the other on the front

how did you copy the rim and put the same ones on at once i couldnt figure it out so i just put one type on the front and the other one on the rear

and how do you move things from other pictures into another

i have photoshop CS very confusing

i did the dust covers the color of the truck and
i blacked the windows out i can take it off if you want me too
