im looking for a project quad. i live in ny. so getting it i have no idea. but what does this need to run. does it have a title?

I'm not far from I-80 which I think runs into NY I could even meet you near the Poconos.

Would need an engine job to run. It has only 30% compression.

I-81 runs up to ny. takes 3 hours to get to the Poconos.
(I-390). i thought you where alittle closer. other wise i would take this.:(

im 45mins east of binghamton. im in the middle of ny. west point is about 3 hours down state. takes 2 hours to get to wilks barrie for us.
