Bicep size? circumference ?

I'm wondering what the average bicep size or arm circumference is? anyone know and whats considered puny and whats massive

There are factors that influence that. So a measurement wouldn't really work. Otherwise fat people would be massive.

yeah, really depends on if you work out or not, your body type and build, your age, and alot of other factors go into it. so "average" does not really mean much.

If your a muscular guy under 6' and under 200 lbs. then 18" arms are big. If i were over 6' and 200+ pounds i'd shoot for 20"-21" arms. I'm shooting for 17.5" - 18"

At the same time if your muscular and only 5'6" at 165lbs. with 14.5" -15" arms then thats damm good. It all depents on how you body size compares to how fit you are.

well, im fourteen, and im a little heavy around my tummy:)... but my arms are as solid as rock, and im about 225, my arms measure to be 15 and a quarter flexxed. so i guess thats not to bad.
