if anyone has a frame with a legit title for it, however wrecked it is, all i need to be intact is the front plate where the VIN number is stamped. i bought my quad from a guy soon after he bought it from someone else and was still waiting for the title to get transfered. well after we bought it the first owner supposedly packed up and left without transferring the title. so now i have a quad that could possibly have been stolen at one point that i would like to take riding in the dunes( where i will need a title). if i can find a 400 frame w/ title i can put my parts on, this would probably solve this problem. If anyone has any other suggestions please let me know

Ehhh. Sounds fishy, but I wont accuse you of anything.

You might be better off to check EBAY or call a honda dealer about it.

what dunes do you need the titles for if you dont mind me asking? we're going next week.. does that mean we should take the titles out of the safety deposit box? that kinda scares me..

im planning on silver lake dunes in michigan and you need one of those off highway vehicle stickers, and to get one of those you need a title. at least you do in ohio.

Here in Michigan you do not need a title to buy and orv sticker. Nor do you need a title to get on the dunes at silver lake. However if you are out of town check into the voucher system up there, on a busy weekend it can ruin your trip.
