Are there any online places where I can get a free downloadable version of the service manual for a 2007 trx 250ex?
I need to replace the clutch and need help.

What makes you think you need to replace the clutch ? This is a very new machine to have to change the clutch. Maybe adjustment but not replacement. Remember, there is actually two clutches in the 250ex.

It really feels like the engine is revving alot but not moving/pulling forward when on 5th gear. Where do you adjust it?

on the front of the clutch cover there is a screw with a locknut. loosen the locknut and back out the screw until resistance is felt. Then screw it back in 1/4 of a turn and tighten the locknut making sure the screw doesn't turn.
