Header problem

i have a yoshimura slip-on pipe connecting on my stock 400ex header and was wondering weather i could put the aftermarket yoshimura header on it? will the sizes match up.... thanks for any help

I would not recommend using a new head pipe if the diameter were they meat is not larger than stock
