I just got my Flexx bars in the mail, but forgot to order oversized clamps. The clamp set up on this bike is weird. Each clamp has two studs insted of one and not only that, but the top of the steering stem is flat while most that I know have a little bit of a dip.. Because of this does anyone know what kind of bar clamps I need??

I was thinking about getting these and just grinding down the hump??

can you not just make 1 1/8th size bar clamps/risers out of two blocks of aliminum? Its fairly easy. Cheap too, much cheaper than buying the risers. And if the top of the steering stem is flat, that makes it even more easy.

You can get a fat bar clamp and even have a built in riser for it while you're at it. I find most stock set ups are too low tos tand up on comfortably.

Thoes should work they just replase the top half the the stock clamps. or try Rox but they raise your bars 2 inches

We put the top halfs of stock Honda clamps on the bottom after maching them flat (could also add a washer under each end).
Install the adapters on the honda clamps with longer button head bolts (Ace hardware) and you're good to go!

We just put Flexx bars on mine. We cut the half moon from the bottom of the LTZ400 Flexx bar clamps off then ground them flat. Works great (as long as you have the tools.... hack saw and grinder)
