What kind of pre mix oil does everyone run in your DRR"s? The dealer i bought te quad from said they run Amsoil or Bell Ray Mc1. I don't have a Amsoil dealer nearby. But mu local Honda dealer carries the Mc1.

We have seen too many lower rod bearing failures using the Bel-Ray lubricants that’s one I won’t recommend. The pre-mix discussion can be debated from all sides I will recommend high quality non synthetic oil will work the best for general uses

Just a little tidbit of information, do not use pure synthetic for anything. All synthetics no longer contain sulfur. The oil companies do not want you to know this because that is what saves engines. Without sulfur, syn. is not as good as pet. based oils, no matter if its premix, crankcase, trans, rearend, or anything else. Just thought everyone would like to know.:)

Actually the best i have found was silolene but our NEW sponsor

REPSOL OIL

Is the 2nd largest protroleum Co. and the leader on 2 continents there 2T for injection or the premix 2T competition has out preformed the other oils I have used and to say one more thing it's protection properties are outstanding.

Did you know that most oil companies but the cheapest oil by bidding it and then just put their own additives in it with is why the post above states the issue about sulfur... The cheaper the oil the more money they make...

try repsol it will not let you down

We run Amsoil and it works great. Whatever you run stick with it, it's not good to mix up 2 stroke oils.

I have ran Klotz oils for alot of years (approx. 20) and have always had great results from it. We us the Klotz R-50 mixed with VP C-12 fuel 40:1 and have never had any failures in my son's mini's. Now I am going to try the Maxima Super M this year just because it was highly recomended by someone I trust very much, but again never had any trouble with the Klotz R-50.........

VP GAS and Gas products

The ONLY gas...the most highly recommended RACE FUEL for the Industry, Engineering and High Proformance 102 ... C12... It doesn't matter what your racing VP has the Fuel for you>>>

OH OH OH and don't forget REPSOL OILS these 2 product compliment each other very well ...And Kevin you cant go wrong with SuperM That is what I used if I couldn't find the Silkolene.

Thank's for all the replies. I think I'm going to try the Honda HP2. I used it in my 250r when i raced it & it worked out well for me. My local dealer can order the castor 927 for me they just don't stock it. As for the VP fuel that is not a problem. I run VP 110 in my 450r. They have it in bulk at a reasonable price here in town.

Maxima 927 all the way. We have been running this for years in extreme conditions and have had no problems. The other products work well for yard machines.

We have run Amsoil Interceptor oil and Turbo Blue fuel for 3 years now.For us it just comes down to what is readily availible. We sell Amsoil at my work and the closest place to buy race fuel sells bulk Turbo Blue at a good price.Just makes it convenient.

That sounds great. If money permits, we would like to come out and try the supermoto, so keep me informed on it if you don't mind. You can call me if you still have my number. If not, pm me and I will give it to ya, or shoot me yours and I'll call you. What did Brock get for Christmas? All I got was coal. lol.
