trx 250r - best offer takes it!

Up for sale is my Honda trx250r. I'm in college now and do not have as much time to ride so its time to sell. I have over $4000 invested and all motor work has been done by Mike at RRP Cycle Stuff. This quad is as fast as any 450 and has no problems except for a slight leak from the clutch cover gasket. Fires up second kick every time!

Engine:Bored and Honed, New Wiesco Piston and rings, Rebuilt Crank, New Bearings ,New Transmission, Billet Clutch Basket, LRD Adjustable Exhaust, New Chain

Body:
Candy Red Powdercoated Frame, New Maier Plastics, Factory FX Decals, Factory FX Seat Cover, TAG Handlebars, Custom TAG front bumper, AC Nerf Bars

Suspension & Brakes:
Stock Suspension, Brand new Rotors front and rear, Anti-Fade Lock Nut, Brand New Tie Rods and Ends,

If someone is close to 3000 they can have it, wich is a steal because I have over 6000 in it. Plus its one of the cleanest R's I have seen

yup,,,there could be a million reasons why you were told it was an 87 from whoever you got it from ,
,but you say it has a rebuilt crank and Im curious how they put an 87 crank and piston in an 86 set of cases and cylinder
what makes you think its an 87

you refer to it as a steal ,,even though your price is HIGH (stock suspension wont barely get ya 2 no unless the whole engine is aftermarket and a PV cylinder)
and you dont even know what year your quad is

Not to mention you can find full aftermarket R's for around $3,000.

The only way I would pay $3,000 for a stock R is if it was mint and bone stock.
