I live in New Jersey and have been running Mobil 1 15w 50 in my 400ex since the spring time. I wanted to know if this weight oil is alright to run also in the winter or should i switch to a thinner oil. What does everyone do for winter that runs the Mobil 1. thanks

I am running it all year. It has a very low temperature rating so I would say you are safe unless it gets below 0. Look on the bottle ,it says it and Gabe has said it.

Can someone post a pic of the bottle? I've looked for it, and not sure if I am looking at the right one. Does it actually say on the bottle, okay for ATV's?

Its an automotive oil but doesnt have the friction modifiers that mess up a wet clutch.

Around here, Target sells it for $1 less per quart. Now I can get that operation.
