I ordered new plastics the other day.I wanted to go red this time and had a he11 of a time finding oem,so I went with Maier race cut fronts and rear fenders as well.Anyhow after doing some onsite research I found alot of negative comments about they're products.I know the rear fender bracket is a concern with the mounting and such,so before i get into this any insight would be appreciated.Any pics would be cool too.Thanks again fellas,Mat

I just bought a new full set of maier plastics for my 250r and they seem pretty nice. The mounting wasnt that hard, didnt have to mod the fronts at all, came with the right brackets. There might be an issue with the nose piece and the left/right front fenders all aligning perfectly. But its not a big deal.

I'm happy with mine. If that helps you at all.

This place has some of the best OEM Honda prices I have ever found. Their customer service is not the best as far as communication, but the parts usually arrive in a timely manner.

I priced all of the plastic body parts for an 05 including the decals and it was only $250ish plus shipping;

i don't know about the rear fender brackets because mine is not from maier it's from K&K but the rears definitely work with oem fronts, you should have no problems with that.

well the bracket on the maier ones isn't vary good. atleast on the older ones that i have. they have the bar and these little l brackets and the bar slides in the l brackets so they flop alot

Why doesn't Maier fix their $hit and make stuff directly bolt in on instead of altering a product for a specific machine? Ask me, its bad!

No issues with my Maier plastic. I like them better then my stockers. The fit was good and no problem with brackets.
