landing with the gas on, the inner rotor kit. how does this make the crank break? these are the two reasons ive seen so far here. can someone explain this. are there differant cranks available or can the stock one be made stronger? thanks

In my opinion it is because the centrifugal clutch is mounted and driven way out on the end. Take the side cover off and you can see what I'm talking about. They break about 1.5 inches from the end right at the splines that drive the clutch.

#-2 dropping the rev limiter -over reving
#-3 -boot leg motor
#-4 clutch basket mounted on the crank end
#-5 Chinese metal
follow this link to this tread, maybe this will help you understand the combination of reason causing it to break

Reason #5 is the main one, if it was a good forged crank the other reason's wouldn't matter. But we keep on buying the stuff because I'm not spending 7000$ plus on a bike he is gonna outgrow in a couple of years.
lesser of two evils,7000.00 for the bike or buy what we can afford, knowing what we have to do to keep em running
