Custom painted Helmets

There is a guy locally who does Custom paint on helmets(he is contracted with HJC I think) and he has offered to do both my kids helmets for the upcoming racing season...
Kelsey has a little bit of an idea what she wants, but Brandon and I are stumped on what to do with his.:confused:

He will be racing a Blue and Yellow DRR 90cc and a Black and Yellow DRR 90cc.
I want something that will work with Black and yellow mainly and wanted to possibly put his name and DRR on the helmet as these will be something that we will hang on to as a keepsake .

Kelsey wanted something black with grey/silverish skulls(her and those skulls I swear!:p ) and the Monster green flames threwout, also with her name on it.

Any ideas? I need to take him the helmets soon!

You could get some of those goggles with the skull eyeball lenses and paint the helmet like this:

Here is my helmet that I had a friend of mine paint ( Bob Thompson ) He did an excellant job.

There is a member on here named Figair.He does custom helmet airbrush work and I know he posted some pics a while back.............totally sick work too.You may search around and find some of his posts to get some ideas.

I second the nod for Figair. The guy is cool as h3ll and is insanely talented with an airbrush. I've seen some stuff of his in person....impressive.

Ill post mine but if he is racing diferent color quads this seasion tell him get something off the wall. Make it stand out with some bright colors. I love mine and would advise anyone thinking about gettin one, do it you will never regret it.

I think it would be kinda cool to put a pic on of himself roosting on the back, but not sure how hard that woule be??

I am a little Stumped on this Topic here!!!
I have recieved your PM, (Thank you for considerating me for artwork)..But something bothers me..
If this So call artists is painting your helmet, why isnt he drawing designs for you! I understand you are having trouble making decisions, But you say he designs for "HJC" he probably has ideas coming out of his a#%..

Customers come to me w/the same issues you have stated. I ask what kolors, what do they enjoy,What kolor is there bike,ect...
Then I draw the design, submit it for approval..And paint on!!
Now if I draw something for you, and he paints it. How do i get the recognition? Its would be my art, his paint.Doesnt make sense!
I undersdtand like I stated, asking for help. But, coming from my stand point(airbrush artists) it does'nt play out.. I am not meaning to be rude my any means, but just stating my opinion..

Here is a hood a I recently completed. He wanted a "female Devil"
w/ a merc.. I did the rest...

I think you misunderstood me...
I wasnt asking you to draw up something, just asking for IDEAS,not stealing your WORK!
I think the person was asking us for preference personally and to submit ideas, not saying that thats the only way he will make it.We was just on a short time frame and Im brain dead for ideas...
Sorry...you were reccomended so I thought I would ask.:ermm:
