alright i was riding at the track with my buddy. He has a LTR and i had my 450, well when i was hitting some of the jumps its seems like my bike has a tendency to go off croocked, like when i hit the jump i fly crooked

No. If you hit it wrong you hit it wrong with a wide axle too.

not really. i has more to do with rider ability. if you hit the jump wrong or uneven it wont matter how wide the quad is.

if u hit jump wrong or jump is just uneven then you just have to adjust the quad midair by shifting body weight. P.S. Like my sig?!?

it wont make it a much more stable flyer. maybe a little because u would maybe be out of the dirt bike ruts

by being wider you might recover quicker when you land crazy

alirght thats what i thought, i didn't think that being wider would matter but when this kid rode my bike he said "its so narrow that it just wants to fly crooked" and it kind of made sense to me.

i think some of it is that my tires are really worne down and when i pin it before jumps the rear end tends to break loose and kick out on me.

thanks for the input

moving rotating mass farther from the center makes the quad harder to change direction. This means a harder quad to adjust in the air by a lilttle. If making it wider helps make it stable on the take off idk.
