i am trying to get my bike ready for mx i am saving for the nerfs and kill switch right now.

i want to widen it but don't have the money for a-arms right now so i was wandering how much a +4 back axle will improve the handling of my bike?

thanks

A wider axle will drastically improve your cornering or turning because of the added width, also smaller mx tires would help by lowering the quad and being able to be wide and low for the turns which helps.

I thouhgt about smaller tires but i ride trails to so i don't want to go to small and i don't want to slow my bike down any

If you want to get the most out of racing and trail riding you will need a set of tires for each.

good advice. just use your stock tires or cheap aftermarkets for trails and a smaller good tire for racing.
