Hesitation only in Neutral

My yfz Has good power but i noticed when in neutral you can rev it and it has barly alittle tiny tiny bit!!! of Hesitation at half throttle. Is it the Needle ,Main or pilot jet??? THank you .;)

if its in neutral that isn't anything to worry about.
