Being a northern kid , you probably grew up with a GT . These guys take GTing to the next level .

Man I wish I would have thought of this stuff when I was younger.

Check out the Video.

I broke the front of my GT off last winter doing some drops.. So now I'm going to put the front of a BMX bike on it w/ some bars

This stuff is really fun actually, especially being pulled behind a sled.

Almost no one in the US knows about GT's, they seem to be just a Canadian thing... But we use to be pretty rediculous, now I can barely handle walking up and down the hill without taking 5 min breaks at either end lol!

I've done it before. It's really fun, but the walking part does suck LOL:p

Buy them . They usually only cost less than $75 .

I think most every kid around here had one ... we used to set up races. Hell one of my buddies still owns a couple , and every once in a while we get all pinned up and take them down the hill. Usually makes for some nice bruises in the morning. ;)

As for the bars , I've seen guys weld on little stems so that they can attach their BMX bars.

Noma is the "best" name brand, they started the whole GT thing. I am pretty sure originally at least it was just a Canadian tire (a store in Canada) that sold them (or maybe it was Home Hardware?) either way thats why it never really got into the USA.

The bar mounts are so easy, you just need to find an old style mount, that slides into the stem and you tighten the bolt on top of the handle bar mount and it tightens in the stem.
