Are you asking what you need in-between races?

Yes, but you'll have to buy yamaha parts for Yamaha's  .....haha just givin ya a hard time!! Ya its basically the same...some brands work better on a honda then they do yamaha though....Say for instance Fox shocks on a honda arent as good as they are on a yamaha!!! But if its like a quad-tech seat they do the same job and stuff.

Motor wise i had alot less on my Yamaha than i did on my honda. Ran both of the bikes in multiple A classes.

Yamaha I ran TC porting, Cam Mod, Rossier Pipe.

Honda I ran, TC Porting, TC Cam, BMS 14:1 piston, Yosh Pipe, Vortex CDI, bigger carb, few small things.

how did they compare while racing?

Those motors were very similar. The honda's power was so much smoother, the yamaha just rips your arms out.

Yamaha's will always have a better powerbane than any other company....and if you get tired during a race you need to hit the weights! I play football and lift for that so i dont get any tired
