whats it gonna be if you only was able to do one mod to a bone stock 450r?

If a 450r is stock than it would be tires first. That would be the cheapest way to get more control.

the bike is already pretty dang quick stock. So if i could only do one thing would be (suspension) a-arms, swingarm, linkage and shocks.

suspension cause if you cant get the power to the ground there is no point in having it.
