i recently put a moose rear block off plate on my quad and the brakes seem to hold pressure but only for a little while and fluid seems to be leaking into the block off plate, i was just curious if this could be th seal on the other side of the piston in the caliper causing this to leak. anyone else had this problem?

any info would greatly be appreciated, gotta race coming up next week and need those back brakes to hold! lol

Yes, there's an o-ring in there that probably needs replacing. Unfortunately it doesn't come in the caliper rebuild kit. But you can find one at an autoparts store. Take it out and match it up. You may want to replace the other two seals since the caliper will be apart anyway.

Sorry, I don't remember what the size is but it's metric.
