I am looking for a frame. I alread have perfect OEM ones.... one 87 and one 88.

I want an aftermarket frame. It can be Arens, Laeger. LSR, Walsh, etc.

The characteristics I prefer:

- stand rear link
- narrow front or not
- standard foot peg mount for an 88/89 Style
- exact frame would be a LSR Baja...

If price is right, I will more than likely buy. I will also entertain trades. Cash or parts.

Following parts that I have to trade... All R Parts except for a few

- ProX Cylinder CT porting 310cc with new LA Sleeve Pistion/Rings/Spacer - ready to bolt on...
- Works Triple Rate Shocks
- Clarke Clear Oversized Tank
- 86/87 OEM Swingarm (2)
- Chrome Houser -2 (no-link Swingarm)
- White Maier Plastics with Blue CT Graphics
- Blue Dessert Seat Foam
- New 8" Hipers with New Kenda Klaw MX's
- New ITP Rolled Lip - pc in black with Kenda Klaw's 4:1 Offset
- PT Type 6 Pipe and FatBoy Silencer
- Renthal Bars
- Stock Stem
- +1 Legacy Stem - 400EX
- IMS Roll Design Heel Guards - 450R

I have a ton more... I will only trade for the frame.

I may possibly sell some depending on what it is....

I also can paypal or MO.

Thanks,
Dan

I have an extra 87/87 swingarm, rear motor mount, and foot pegs, I also have plastics, tank, and seat for it too.

Let me know.

Getting rid of that -2 Houser swinger already huh?? Hopefully 'cause you made a mistake in buying it and not to try and make more $$$ of it than I sold it to you for.:ermm:

I didn't realize until now that it was not a std link, so no... the money that I got rid of it for.... I have to pay back and now stuck with this swingarm that is useless to me. Plus, I had to buy another swingarm for my build.

so yes, it will be listed on eBay and any profits made will go towards my build.

To answer your question... I didn't come out ahead. But thanks for the comments. :ermm:

As you can tell... I am not too happy with this purchase but I will eat it.

Sorry, didn't mean for that to be a jab at you. The reason I asked that is that I know that un-used chrome Houser swinger was easily $500+ and I sold it to you for pennies (almost) so I was gonna be bummed if you took it just to profit on it. But, it was posted as a no-link set up....I'm positive of that. Tried to find the link but couldn't. The multiple pics I sent you also showed it was a no-link. :ermm:

sorry it didn't work out for you.

Dan,

You can run a no-link setup off a stock frame. You just need the shock and most likely an airbox. But it's supposed to be good for XC.

Something to think about. Not sure what shocks you are running but elka or Custom axis can convert a std link shock for you.

Hmmmmm.... I wonder if the the Aren's Frame that I got will work with this...

Thanks for the info... How much longer of shock will I need?

Also, since it is -2, would you run it in XC?

Thanks,
Dan

Thanks Dave

Canadian Buyer pays ALL shipping charges. I will describe item as a gift with value of $25.

Let me know. I can box it up and take it to the post office or ups to get a quote prior to shipping.
