400ex front shocks ?

Just wondering if a set of front shocks off of a 400ex would fit on a 250ex ? I just find the 400ex shocks better quality and i hate the squeaking of the 250 front shocks. Everything is stock as far as the swingarms . Would the shocks make the front end sit way up in the air ? Just hoping someone has paved the way on this matter :) :cool:

everyone that has 400ex front shocks on a 250ex has a widening kit and a conversion kit. so if you want the 400ex shocks on the 250ex either get the conversion kit or both widening kit and conversion.

As far as the squeaking goes the 400ex shocks do it too. it is the joint where it connects to the a-arm, just power wash the joint and it stops. but as soon as one peice of dust gets in there again it will start squeaking again. The 400ex shocks are just less valnerable to dust. But still squeak
