yes i did think it was necessary to post in the 3 locations i thought this would most likely be read. dial-ajet instrucions for the raptor are unclear when it comes to replacing or drilling out the drain plug. i don't want to have to buy 2 new carbs. sorry for annoying you.

If the raptor kit comes with new bowl screw then use them. The only time I have seen the need to drill the bowls is on carbs that do not have drain screws for the bowl.
