Today I had a little time to start tearing the quad apart and getting it ready for the rebuild coming soon. I figured I'd post my progress on here as it comes along 'cause these threads are always fun to watch.

-Plans (subject to change along the way :p )

-white pc frame
-black pc a-arms and swingarm
-green hiper rings front and rear
-custom gt thunder / yamaha green/black graphics kit
-new maxxis tires
-new custom hmf exhaust
-gt thunder motor
-possibly a jb subframe
-rath nerf bars and heel guards
-rpm axle
-full shock service and custom gt thunder setup front and rear
-etc, etc....basically going with a green/black/white color scheme and throwing on some new parts here and there....

Here's some pics of what the quad looked like when I first got it and as of today when I started getting the a-arms off for pc. More pics of the process will follow.

As always, share your opinions, ideas, thoughts....whatever

The bike didnt even look bad when you first started ! How do you like the rossier exhaust? is there any backfiring?? I'm asking becasue i'm looking to switch to sparks or rossier, from a duncan(fatboy4)

I like it a lot, it's a good crisp sound and it ran really well but I'm getting rid of it for sponsorship reasons. It's in good shape but it would probably need repacked. I'm selling it for $200 if you're interested.

Thanks guys. Once it's done I'll get some decent pictures of the whole thing and clean it up a little bit too. Then it's time to ride :D

Jim Beam....I wouldn't know the cost on painting one, but for that powdercoat I paid right around $160. That was for the frame, subframe, front hubs and rear hubs.

i usually dont post up on build threads but i gotta give it to you, finally a scheme i havnt seen before. with all of the thousands of builds done on here color schemes get real repetitive but yours is original. love it.
