Thinking about selling the 400ex

Do you think $3500 is fair for the following:

2002 400ex
450r front shocks (triple rate springs,revalved and set up a 400ex by MX Tech)
Rear shock was revalved and sprung by MX Tech
IMS Roll front bumper
PRM rear Skid
AC blackline propeg nerfs (powdercoated blackchrome)
HMF slip-on (black)
ITP baja 4-1 offset fronts (frt & rear rims pwdcoated blackchrome)
ITP GNCC tires all around (fair tread left)
Pro Armour Teather
Gripper seat cover
Pro Taper bars
MSR short clutch lever (needle bearing style)
PowerMadd handguards
SpiderGrips
IMS Roll shifter
Regina chain

The front bumper and Seat cover have been added since the picture. There are also some scratches on the wheels and nerfs from this race season......can be re-powdercoated if necessary. I also have all the stock stuff for it.

too much. you can buy a new left over model for $4000. mods don't add much value unless it is exactly what someone is looking for.

i would only expect $2800 at the absolute most, i would guess more around $2500 is more resonable.

i am tryin to sell teh quad in my sig for $2800 and have only had a few people ask about it, none serious.

If I were looking for another quad I'd give you 3000. But my money is going towards a truck in the spring.

IMO it's worth 3500 but you won't get it. 400exs aren't selling for anything anymore. aftermarket parts hold very little value.
I sell all the aftermarket parts and put it back to as stock as you can. Might be able to make around 3500 then.

id say you would be able to get 3500$ out of that, just gonna have to be patient. i had someone offer me 3000$ cash in hand for my 04' and it wasnt half as decked out as yours, and this was about a 5months ago.

If you have the stock parts sell all that aftermarket stuff individually. The aftermarket stuff doesn't add all that to the sale price of the quad, in fact, it can actually hurt the sale price. If sold separately, I bet you can make more off the parts than the quad itself.

yea, putting it back to stock and ebaying the rest is your best bet.

I paid $1500 for my 2003 400EX and it has a billet bearing carrier, works shocks, bumper, nerfs, yosh exhaust, pro taper bars, etc.

my 400ex had like 10 aftermarket parts not even the best and with all the offers i got on it i could have made almost 3 and i had like nothing if you sell all your stuff and get stock you'll make 3000 and up for it nice quad tho.
