Im gathering parts to build a 460 and the clutch I have is slipping and needs replacing ,I like the feel of the stock clutch but will it last in a 460

If it was me, I'd get EBC fibers and Honda metals and then get heavy duty springs since the 460 should be putting down more torque. You might be able to get away with an all stock honda clutch but I'm sure it would wear out a little faster and you would just have to keep an eye on it as well as the adjustment.

You might try gt thunders 8 plate kit. Comes with all plates, springs, inner hub, and cover gasket for $212. Not too bad if you ask me.

Dirt digger by barnett. run it in my 426, as well as a buddies 460 stroker and his 426 as well. no slippage to speak of. the stock clutch slipped bad in higher gears in his 460, even in my 426 it would slip in 5th.
