Program to recover erased digi camera file

I am in need of finding a free program that I can use to recover erased movies off of my Nikon Coolpix L3 digital camera. Last night on a local radio station (KRXO in OKC) they played "Led Zeppelin A-Z" (every Zep song ever released in alphabetical order, WAY COOL!). While listening and cleaning house the wife and I caught our daughter jammin' out and caught it all on video...then it was accidentaly deleted. I know the video is still on the disk but I am unable to find a good, cheap program which I can use to restore the file.

Any help is appreciated.

They played all of Zeppelin, A-Z ? That'd take hours man.

I use Image Rescue 3. Go to www.lexar.com and download for $30.

My software came free with a 4Gb card. I am not familiar with any free software but I am sure it is out there if you do a search.

i know this works on HDD but im not sure about Memory Cards. Make sure you dont install it the same place your trying to look for the deleted files so it does not overwrite anything.
