What should I do next

I have a 2001 300EX with a WB E-series slip on, K&N airfilter with outwear, re-jetted the carb, and a 39 tooth rear sprocket. What should I do next to get a little more out of her. I don't want to crack into the motor. Are there some other mods I can do to get some more power out of my 300? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It sounds like you added all the bolt-ons, i think if ya want more internal is the way maybe piston, cam porting etc.:D
