Need some help.

hey ya'll,
Ok, i have a 2006 400ex and i hear a lot of rattleing in the top end, like below somewhat the handlebars...I think i need to tighten my vlaves or something...Not sure??? How to i check my valves, can someone please tell me step by step and maybe some pictures??? Thanks.
All help is Appriciated.


P.S. What grab bar can i get for 400ex that will fit?

prm makes some nice grab bars for the 400ex, i have one on my wifes....look around adn i have pics all over...

there is the link for prm i think they have like 5 diferent grab bars for it. i have the desert one and i love it
