whats up with these new style nerfs? i think they look horrible. i dont mean to flame but what is happening?

i like the old style AC and the old graydon. i dont have any graydon pics but i have the old AC.

yeh man those ones on that cannibal are ugly, i like mine, and those ones on that 400, by the way that 400 is sweet, mine are like a square, not all turned and bent outta shape, like those new ones

The nerfs on my Z are swept back too. I like them.

I think that it is for looks but i would think that if your tires are turned and you hit a tree that it would slide off rather then plain out wack into the nerfs like on the old style.

I've never seen that style of nerfs on a 400. only a c dale and Z400

there are basically to types of nerfs. on some bikes i have to bring them so far forward to mount them. so i need to give them an angle to clear the tire when its turned( like the z). some models i can give it a small, amost noticable angle( like the ex).

Tommy I just did a review on them and Ben should be posting it in the open forum very soon. Comes with install directions, cost, and other useful info. they are also made for stock pegs too.

Did anyone see Jeremiah Jones propegs in the back of Dec. issue of Dirt Wheels? If so what did ya think? Pretty sweet to me! I wonder what those will cost.

Yeah there raths pegs,,,the quadshop now has them and is running a special on them..call Jeff about getting some..
