Steering column trouble

I have a 2001 400ex. I bought it about 7 months ago and since the day i bought it i noticed a little play in the steering. Recently though i noticed it getting worse and worse. I think its the bushings. Any help would be appreciated.

Well if it has a little play to it then I'd say it could be the bearings or your tie-rods could be loose. Check it over and if not then pick up a steering stem bearing kit either by all balls or pivot works. www.rockymountainatv.com sells a pretty good kit.:cool:
