View Full Version : Is a 250R sprocket hub the same as 400EX?

I am having my sprocket hub replaced on my 89 250R. I ordered one from LSR and when I got it, it was one for a 400EX. So I called LSR and they said that it was the same. Now my Honda dealership says that it will not press on. They say that it is to small for the stock axle! Anyone have any ideas!! Thanks,MIKE

i think they're different . unless im mistaken the sprockets mounting positions for a 250r are smaller than the 400

I also think I've read there diffrent.
