Went to South Fork MX today to pick upmy awards and to ride for free! Lets just say the riding was ALOT better than the awards! lol. Here are some pics, oh and my good bud cole just got a can-am ds450, and it is nasty! soooo fast and suspension is amazing! Can't wait to get one!:devil:

how warm does it stay during the winter down there? im trying to find places to ride this winter, prolly go to NC but if i can find somewhere closer it would be nice

Kurt: yea i know im lucky, today was a great day to ride, in the upper 40s all day and partly sunny! Last weekend i was going to ride then it started to sleet:o
eastside 400: it has its ups n downs. Somedays it can be in the 40s, 50s, then to the 20s and 30s, lol. Today was a good day, in the upper 40s! In the 30s when we started out, but it was really nice later on!
TWISTED DINLI: It is an amazing quad! Can-am put alot of thought through the design in this quad, and it preforms awsome! :)
tar: ugly yes, but by the preformance of the quad, who cares?! haha

You'll have to come down to NCMP. It is about 20 minutes outside of Henderson, NC. I plan to ride there tomorrow. Supposed to be in the low 70's tomorrow.

yea, i thought we'd get some better stuff but oh well, lol. Yea cole is deff going to be fast next year on that can-am! Today was his 2nd time riding it and he was doing real well on it! More seat time and he's going to be unstopable! Im going to be riding alot with him and eddie edmonson this winter! i can't wait!
jon: I wont be able to go tomorrow, but ill let you know when we do plan on going! Possibly next weekend? im not to sure though, ill hit you up!
BlaineKaiser450: its really fun! can do it 3rd pinned, or 4th gear just like braaaaap. Not to sure on exactly how far it is, but its a boner air jump, haha.
also anyone interested for next sunday.... lake gaston motocross in littleton north carolina, there will be a bunch of us going there to ride, so let me know if you wanna go!

Jordan,
I've been wanting to head to that track too but can't make it this weekend...at least I don't think so. My wife and I had such a blast riding our 400ex quads at the Indian Ridge location of Hatfield McCoy over Thanksgiving that we are probably headed back there this weekend. I just got Friday off from work so if I can get the cabin at the campground, we will be heading there.
Definitely post how you like it and get video if you can. You should definitely checkout NCMP soon. I only do about 1/2 the jumps on the race track even though I've seen better riders hit them all on a quad. If you like hitting a jump 4th gear wide open, you will like it. There is a big downhill triple that comes up to an uphill/stepup that requires 4th gear wide open. As soon as you land that, you come up on a tabletop that you can only make if you landed the previous jump. I tried like crazy to clear the tabletop with only rolling the previous jump and can't make it. I need more motor!!!

I was at Lake Gaston last month riding and wasnt really impressed. NCMP is alot better of a track. Both are about the same distance from Fredericksburg also JRP.
thanks alot darrel for the heads up! Well the weather is looking chitty for this weekend, so i might not go anywhere, cept local stuff! How long does it take to get to NCMP/Gaston from here? Thanks!

It take 2 hr 45 min in a truck and trailer, took a little over 3 with my toyhauler behind. Dont feel comfy doing 90 with 26ft of camper behind me :D
If you get to choose which track to go to I would def go to ncmp.

Same for my trip to Hatfield. We haven't decided yet so I might be up for Sunday if the weather holds out here.

yea it is a few of my friends went down last year and told me all about it. we are going down in early jan. im excited i cant wait to go
