Will a exhaust for a 05 fit my 07? Didn't think it would but I want to make sure, gotta buddy that wants to sell me his HMF full system for 300

No it will not i have a buddy who has 2 2005's and 2 2007's and they are not interchangable, you could probably make it fit but you would have to bend i a bit to fit in your frame. The angle that the head pipe comes from the head is differnt between the 2 i hope this helped you out.
