I'm not %100 sure I'm gonna sell the Ohlins. I might send them in and put them on the 450 if I can. As for the rear brake setup, I haven't had the cahnce to get at that yet. Need to check everything out first, ya know. And there's already somebody ahead of you for the rear caliper. First come first serve, but if that falls through I'll let u know right away 250Renvy. Thanks for lookin. I've got more pics of items if anybody wants them, and will be taking more soon.

The specs on the engine I'm not sure of, my buddy was the one that built the motor. This is his old quad. I cant just ask him, cause he's outaa state for awhile working. I do remember him saying it was bored 70 over. Wiseco piston, Pro Design Cool Head, thats all i can remember off hand. It still runs strong, so there's nothing wrong with the motor. I'll get some pics of it, but i know that still doesn't help with the specs. Let me know, Thanks

I would like to get around $600-$800 for it. It's an '89 long rod, wiseco piston, pro design cool head, aftermarket clutch. I have an extra dome that can be installed if wanting to run straight race gas. There is also the V Force reeds on it that are being sold with it. Let me know what you think. Lets make a deal lol. Thanks, Paddy

how did you ride that frame after it was welded when the welds are unrusted and unpainted

redrider03
12-13-2007, 10:32 PM
I rode it through fields, wooded trails, and small tracks that me and my buddies had built. It rode nice and straight, no wobble or veering off to one side. One of the cracks never cracked all the way, that would be the one higher up in the photos that I had emailed you. It was welded tho as you can see. Thanks, let me know if there is anything else.

honda1988
12-14-2007, 07:09 PM
that's not what was getting at. those welds are raw, un painted if it has been sitting for any amount of time those welds would be rusted up. Obviously they were shortly welded before the pictures were taken.

redrider03
12-15-2007, 08:16 AM
It was welded back in june or july. It's not a fresh weld, I just take care of my things, as you can see.

honda1988

your not getting it, welds rust if they are not painted usually in week if not sooner. there is no way you can take care of a raw weld. that was not welded in july.

redrider03
12-15-2007, 12:13 PM
Well, I don't know what to tell you. I watched it get welded in the middle of the summer. I can take new pics again if you want to see how it still hasn't started to rust. You want the # of the person who welded it so that you can verify this? Thats about all I can do for ya. Thanks
