Allright so the inside of the swing-arm is powdercoated and i heard from someone that my carrier can spin inside loosing my chain, and i dont what that, should i grind the PC out or just leave it?

so im concerned about the line for my rezzie for the rear shock, is the pipe or the radiator going to be in the way? did i mount it wrong?

then the final problem so far and my biggest one, with LSR lt a-arms when they move up the front grease zerk hits the frame, the rear has a cut out for it, but the front hits, do i have to cut the frame out myself or what do i do? its hits when the a-arms are about parallel with the ground.

thanks for any help you guys can give me!

You have the rear shock line on the wrong side. Here is some install directions from Elka. http://www.elkasuspension.com/support/installation/Honda/INST-TRX450R.pdf

Also you will have to grind out a slot for the zerk fitting. My brother had to do this for his 300ex with his lonestar a-arms.

i think you need to flip your shock so the rezzie lines coming out on the engine side not the sub frame side (im not making this very clear sorry haha) so the rezzie lines not in the way of the air box

the rezzie line is going the wrong way

and for the a-arms, just grease them then put in set screws...worked great for me

No problem, routing the rezzie is kind of a pain. You will have to play with it to find a good spot to mount it. Also it does not matter if you mount the rezzie with the adjustment knob up or down (per Elka). I have mine mounted on the front frame rail.

You are suppose to notch out your frame tabs for the grease zerk. That kind of sucks though since you have fresh powder

I also used set screws after I greased them, not had any problems. I run the housers with the fittings on the bottom of the arm, and this keeps them from being broke off all the time.

yep-== i run the tag plastic skidplate when im outdoors--- it is just thick enough to protect the lower houser grease zerks--

Yeah its deffintly a pain to mount the rezzie, i like where you mounted yours but my stabilizer is in the way, so i think im going to put it where it is in the elka pics

also ive heard alot of good things about the tag skid plates

Why don't you mount the rear reservoir in a better place like under the rear grab bar? A lot less heat and easier routing back there!

You really can't mount the Elka anywhere except the front because the line is so long. They need to put a shorter one on it so it can be on the subframe.

As far as the zerks hitting on the front arms don't mess up your new powder job get some 1/4 X 28 allen set screws and grease the bearings and replace the zerks with those thats how my Houser's are.
