will the crf450 or xr400 enignie fit in the 400ex frame with no mods?? and what is the easiest hybrid to make??

i believe someone makes engine brakets so you can make the crf fit in the 400 frame

The xr400 is a direct fit but the clutch would need to be upgraded. The crf engine is a little tall for the ex frame. It would hit the fuel tank. And as far as i know, no one makes brakets for it, you have to make your own. The yfz 426 engine fits better than the crf, but you still have to make brakets.

Thats cool, i didnt know anyone made any brakets for that because i always hear about everyone making theirs.
