boggin out?

my 400ex is bogging out at 3/4 throttle and uauaslly whem i'm on a rough bumpy tail , its got to do with the carb but i'm not sure what to do. anyone have any idea what this might be or how to fix it?

go down on a main jet...... pick some up from your dealer...... they'll be cheap..... i'm saying it might just be a lil' rich, and to replace the main, just look around on th forums, people have good photos of it and stuff for u to look at

ya bogging u means your usually means your a little rich in the jetting. Get a few plugs and do some plug checks and dial it in.

Make sure the fuel baffle is still in the float bowl. It's a little white plastic shield looking thing that fits around the main jet. It's there to keep fuel from splashing away from the main jet in rough terrain.
