Ok guys my quad will not start. its not the battery, its charged and the second battery. it will roll over but it will not fire. i have the choke engaged and all the other start up methods (prime, etc)
i have a full hmf exhaust, k&n filter, and a PCIIIusb with the curtis sparks full, stock air will air lid off. and the idle is about 1700rpms. i have also changed the spark plug. the bike is only about 2 months old. what is my problem with it?

This may sound stupid, since I have a KFX, but where is the choke?

Well it is not really a choke but it functions as one. It is an Idle Adjustment Knob is what it is called in the manual on page 39.

I wonder if it will push or pull start?

Is the fuel pump running, when you turn the key on ?
We have had a few that blew the fuses. They are under the hood in little tan holders you have a holder on each side, behind the light brackets, very easy to get to.

i have not tried to push or pull start it due to the six inchs of snow on the ground i will give that a shot when it clears up. all of the fuses up front are good i only found three fuses. also my fuel pump comes on too, nothing seems wrong. i have had three different pluggs in it stock one, another same as stock, and one with a hotter temp. all of them seem to foul out, it is cold where i am at like 20's and 30's would my fuel map be a problem? i also tried different idle settings. the map i am running is Sparks full exhaust, stock filter and air box lid removed. i am thinking about bringing it to the shop. if i do that would any of my mods void the warranty? what would i have to take off to bring it to them? thanks for the input guys.

check your tip over switch maybe it came out from its attachment. It is located under the front hood. It is a black rubber about 2x1 inch and there's an arrow on the front. The arrow must be upward. Others had problem with that. I put a tie wrap to make sure it doesn't come off from its connector.
