That's a pretty cool looking truck you got there. I have an 06 250 with pretty much the same color scheme, black on top silver on bottom with chrome bumpers. I like yours a lot.

Wow not a bad looking truck at all! There is a guy in town here that has the same truck, same tires, and rims. Just doesn't have the cab marker lights. Always loved that color scheme.

fyi, if you want to make your truck useable at all, go with a 4. Take it from a guy that has a 6'' lift. It sucks putting stuff in the bed, especially a quad. haha It's like climbing mount everest on ramps!

thanks for the reply's guys

about the 6" lifts, id stay away from it, you can fit up to a 35, maybe a little bigger under a 4" and still have the truck be somewhat useable, and not have to worry about drivetrain issues

my brothers ram 1500 has a 5.5 inch suspension lift and a 3 inch body lift and we dont have any trouble getting my banshee in the back of it.

why lift a truck if youre going to complain about it? ill be putting a 6 inch lift with 37s on my ram 2500 within the next month.

yah how long of ramps do you have or do you go gung ho and lift it in? I have 7' folding ramps and if the truck is on level ground the ramps will fold up when the bike hits them due to the angle. With a quad you could probably ride it up, but don't fu*ck up or it's going to hurt.

with a 4'' lift yes, you can fit 35's on a full size, but if you plan on doing any offroad I'd be worried about clearence. Might have to do some trimming.

it's a pain in the balls if you actually want to use your truck. I never really intended on putting anything in the bed of my truck because I had a normal DD that I used to go to the tracks and stuff. It just gets old having to have two people help you get something in.

haha i know what you mean by that man. i had a 02 Z71 with 6" susp. fabtech lift and 2" body lift with 35" tires. that thing was scary driving a quad up the ramps into. i usually just backed it up to a ditch where the tailgate would be a foot off the ground and just lifted it in there.:eek2:

you could probably get $2600 for the 460, a C6, and the axles!

I think I've had a quad in the bed of my truck maybe 2 times in the last 7 years.

I've got a trailer, and I rarely ever ride alone. So if I'm going riding, I load two quads on the trailer. The only things in the bed of my truck are gas cans.
