Is there a proper etiquette in following up a sponsorship resume? I sent a few out, and just wondering if it would look good if I called and let then know I was really interested in being a part of there company.

I dont think that is common practice, not like a job interview. I think your resume should speak for itself on how much you would like to be part of their company.
