Ive had the Q9m for a few months now and for the most part Ive learned the features, but still working out the music, and I cannot figure out how to download ringtones or turn my mp3's into my ringtone.

Its a cool phone though.

everything is pretty straight forward.

For the ringtones: so long as they are in MP3 format they show up on the normallist of ring tones for me as soon as I load them onto the phone, not onto the memory card

I did a manual drag and drop in windows, and then the files appeared under File Manager-My Docs-My Music. You should be able to find them in there.

As for my opinion on the phone: I have a Nextel, and needed to get a phone with Email for my job, so I got this in a hurry. I am not impressed by the ringer volume, I don't find that it is loud enough. Nor is the speaker phone. Also, my phone does not seem to get great reception and clear talking.(Verizon)

lol, those are all problems my phone definitely does not have, it get comments on how loud my ringer is all the time and my phone typically gets better reception than most cells, I also have Verizon.

the ringer may be a bit quieter than a standard nextel ringer, but what phones aren't
