powerbomb or high flow header??

ok, im gonna be replacing ym header somtime after christmas since my stock one is pretty much shot. ive narrowed it down to 2 headers. the fmf powerbomb or the fmf high flow header. my question: is the powerbomb any better than the regular high flow header?

The power bomb creates a better scavange effect and will work well to increase flow across the rpm range. The high flow header in better for just bottom to mid

Would swapping the header on my 450r while keeping the stock muffler help.
I like my machine as quiet as possible.

You would see no benefit from changing the header and keeping the stock exhaust.

i threw the powerbomb and a slipon on my raptor and noticed a nice seat of the pants difference. Kinda broadened the power out in it
